And thanks to their hefty bank accounts, they need not worry about having to get a mortgage or a loan. Ben Shephard – London (Price Undisclosed)

In mid-July 2021, Ben Shephard suffered a terrible sports injury during a football match. Thankfully, he had the most perfect place to get back to that served as a rehab for him to recuperate; his London home with great outdoors, complete with a luscious garden full of bushes, flowers, and trees, healed him faster than anything could.

Active on social media, the ‘Good Morning Britain’ host often posts videos and pictures of him hanging out with his two teenage sons, Jack and Sam. The updates give us a glimpse into his luxurious abode, and the highlight is the huge bronze fire pit that sits neatly on the patio for those barbeque evenings with family and friends.
